Didn't cancel my monthly fee as requested and kept charging me for months before I noticed! Ripoff

When I received my so called packet, I had requested that I didn't want to start right away and to not charge me the monthly fee for a website, they didn't and I didn't notice until recently that for months they had been charging me 39.95! I immediatly got on the horn and complained but they just poo pooed my complaint.
They are a rip off big time!
