I sent for the free trial of Ivory White with only having to pay the shipping charge. Never was I notified about a monthly club plan or that I would be charge $84.36 per month for this product. When I received the package I called asking why I received the package and was charged the $84.36. They said that I was in the monthly club plan and could cancel next months order. I told them I didn't order this months. They said I could keep it and cancel next months. I said I don't want this order. They said you didn't cancel your membership before shipping so I would have to keep it and they would refund $45.00 but could not refund the total amount. I think this is a ripoff way of making money, I didn't like that they were making me pay for something I didn't order or signup for.
