C.F.F. A ripped me off for $300 dollars ripoff

Promised me $5000 catalog spending limit with cash advance features, with $300 down payment, BUT / down payment would be used in future purchases in the sum of 4 $100 coupons. I called to cacel membership, but was informed the $300 was non refundable.: (

So, i decide to keep membership, maybe buy and resell to make money back, well, this happened mid May, and as of today, August 6th, i HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING! My first call promised me my cards and coupons and catalog would arrive b4 July 1st, second attempt was made July 26, stating i would get my un"Welcome Pakage" in 8-10 days. Nothing yet!

I just want my money back! Help?
