Destiny Sales
False Sales & Overpriced Books

Shops, Products, Services

I placed an order on 2/5/09 to help a young girl raise money for a trip to Africa. What I was SUPPOSE to get was a SET of Princesses books that cost $40 w / $15 s/h. What I recieved was ONE book that was a Princesses Look and Find book that I could have bought for $7.99 on the internet.

When I went on line to their website to see where my other books were, the website couldn't find my order based on my reciept number. I emailed their customer service and they told me it was only the one book.
When I explained I was told it was a set of books they told me that they do not honor verbal agreements.
What a ripoff! Who in their right mind would order ONE book for $55? I specifically asked the girl and she told me it was a set. Do not order from this company, They are a scam, and use teenagers to talk people into purchases. Not only that, they are obviously 'coached' on how to sell their books.

When I asked for a refund, I convieniently am getting no response. I am reporting them to the BBB!
