Poor service and overcharge!

I secured myself out-of my home on July 28 and named the Reliable Locks Inc.in Cincinnati since it guarantees 15 minute quick reaction within their Yellow Pages advertisement. I created four more calls because of no reaction. Also it required 70 minute in order for them to arrived at my home. I had been billed $139 ($39 for appear and $100 for uncover the doorway). And that I have realized that they've billed just $55 (2/11/07) and $84 (6/6/07) for the same service based on that resparoundse published on Reliable Locks Inc. San Jose site. I actually do believe I had been being overcharged for that bad support.
