Deceitful billing/overpricing

I named Reliable Locks on October 13th after finding I'd been locked-out of my home. The owner explained I'd need to spend a $39.00 support phone along with a $15.00 charge for selecting my lock. I had been informed the price could be a maximum of $55.00. When the technology completed, he offered me a statement of $149.00. I expected him why it had been a lot more than I had been cited and he explained I'd "great locks". I settled the cash, but named customer support on Friday. They fussed and contended with me, actually acknowledging that I would have now been informed that-but I had been not overcharged since $149.00 was the price of the support. The woman I talked with particularly explained the cost I'd spend could be a maximum of $55.00. The corporation is certainly guilty of fraudulent methods and downright robbery! I'd like my $94.00 back!
