Blue Star Direct
Ripoff charged my account without permision

I called the bank to see how much i had in my account to find out that I had an overdraft fee. I talked to a customer service rep and they told me that blue star direct had an automatic withdrawl from my account. I have no Idea who this company is or what they do but all i know is that I did not authorize them to take money from my account.
