Blue star charged my account 35.00 unauthorized by me, i was seaching for a payday loan, as I am on a fixed income and somehow they got my routing number and debited my account

Debited my account 35.00 I do not how they got my information, I never authorized it. I had been seeking a payday loan and was sure I never gave them permisssion to debit my account.
They can charge 60.00 as well, more than once a month. When I contacted them and finally got someone on the Phone, he stated that nothing in life is free. And refused to refund the 35.00. I am now disputing this charge with my bank, and have to close account and open a new one in fear that they will just keeep charging.
