Fraud ripoff

Hi, I am writing this report because Blue Star Direct has been taking money out of my account for over a year and I did not notice. I am now having trouble getting my credit union to help me get this money back. They were taking $45-$60 sometime every other day, they took around $200 a month. Because it never said Blue Star Direct on my bank report and I never check for cleared checks because I usually only write checks for my rent I had no clue. Evan worse what tipped me off is that someone in Las Vegas took my bank account number and the aba number for my bank and made checks which they started writing to purchase things at stores. Whats funny is the checks did not have my name on them but they did have my old address on them. I do believe that Blue Star Direct made these checks, I am in Colorado and I did not write these checks.
