Sprint PCS Lockton Lock Life insurance fraud on phone replacement policies abused & mistreated Prarie Village Kansas

Not only is Sprint PCS service very bad, they screw you when you try to get a replacement phone! Sprint sells an Equipment Replacement Insurance Policy (ERP). After paying almost three years' of $ 3.99/month premiums, they want to replace my premium Motorola TalkAbout phone (cost me $ 300 originally) with a cheap Samsung model I could get for $ 49.99 today.

The Lockton Company, which originally wrote the insurance, sold this division known as "Lock/line" to a company known as DST in August. They claim they can just re-write their insurance policies every month... Or so in their favor, of course.

HAVE YOU BEEN SCREWED BY THESE PEOPLE TO? Lockton, Lock/line, DST etc. Are located in Prarie Village, Kansas. Their reps have Kansas Insurance licenses. Help me report these scammers to the Kansas Insurance Commissioner, Kathleen Sebelius in Topeka, Kansas.
