Air Conditioner out for over 11 days in 118 degree heat, still no response Bullhead City Arizona

Air Cond. Quit on July 12, report to home warr. Comp. Reported on 7/13/07 with service call. Service company came out indicated the valve and 90% compressor is bad. Home warr. Comp. Would only authorize to try and fix valve 1st then see. Valve replaced on Monday July 16th, and unit still will not work. Wife got ill due to the heat, had complications and is a cancer patient, she had 103 degree temp and her Limphodema was out of controll. Had to go to emergency.

Here we are on Monday July 23rd and still no further along with Home Warr. Comp. They say purchasing is backlogged and unable to keep up with demand!!! What a shame. There are several deaths in Arizona related to heat.

THIS IS A HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE - but yet, they still cannot get our air conditioner fixed? I don't get it. We have called been on hold numerous times for over 1 hour, talked to many supervisors and still cannot get any service. Some of them never even call back, or hang up on you...

Guess they will listen when one of us dies... Or sues them.
