Lack of Care caused by brother to die with bedsores all over him

My brother was terminal and was placed at Immanuel Campus of Care from 10/31/05 until his death in March 06. The last couple of months he was there,
he could not walk. They put him in a wheel chair, but most of the time they had him stay in the bed. Did not get him up to even sit in wheel chair unless a family member came up and requested it. I had to make sure I went every day because he couldn't feed himself, and they would just put the tray by his bed and walk away. He got horrible bed sores the last month there, and they were not taken care of by the nurses or aides. His diaper was always wet or soiled making the bedsores worse. I had to miss several days from work because they wouldn't even leave water for him, or help him to drink or eat.

I had to make sure he got food everyday, had to change him, and had to buy a cup he could drip out of, though it was stolen after using it for only one day. The only time the nurses would try to take care of him is when I went to the head of nursing at the facility, but even that only lasted for a day or two. I have pictures of all his bedsores to prove I am not lying. I also have
pictures of the call light that was on the floor behind the bed and he couldn't have reached it if he needed to. Anyone you are thinking about taking there, I feel it would be more humane to just let them die at home. The nurses and aides at Immanuels are lazy, uncaring people with attitudes. I feel really sorry for people who don't have visitors. They really get left out.
