Nurses

Ty with patients some are nice others dont care and dont want to help the patient or go the extra step. Many are unfriendly and rude they take forever to assist patients that really need help. The nurses on the late shift arre even worse. Renal floor is the worse floor to have a patient, they are insensitive and don't care. Also, they dont have an effective system that gets the nurs attention its just a light that they ignore. They once had a bell a month ago they seem not to be trying to help fix the problem. Nurses come when they want to which can be 30 minutes to an hour.
