Ripoff deducted 19.95 from my checking account without my authorization

I purchased some CDs over the phone a couple of months ago, and during the conversation with the telemarketer, she mentioned that I would be receiving something. When I asked for clarification, she said I could cancel my membership, but I didn't even know what the name was, nor the specifics. Until I saw the deduction from my checking account!
