Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

They deducted money from my checking account without my authorization. I only gave them permission to take out $3.95 for shipping and handling. I spercificlly asked if they were taking out any other money and she said unless I didn't cancel my membership after I recieved coupons from them and they took out $119.00 plus the $3.95, and they deducted it two days before I recieved the mail. They agreed to remburse me but they can't put the money back into my account, instead they have to send my a form to fill out and send it back and then they would send my refund. Not to mention they have my checking account at -$109.54.
