Stole 149.95 49.95 i got my money back! Ripoff

USA Credit offers the chance at a card with a credit limit of $7,500. It's was too good to be true. WHen I realized that they would charge my account $149.95 I immediately contacted them and told them not to. When I didn't receive a response, I assumed that they had gotten the message. Two weeks later my account was in overdraft status due to a charge of $149.95. My bank did a return payment for the charge of $20, and I figured that was the end of that.

WRONG! At the end of June, two weeks after the first attempt, USA Credit charged $49.95 to my account. I immediately contacted my bank and filed the claim that there was an unauthorized charge on my account. They sent me an affidavit which I filled out and returned. Four days after returning the affidavit, not only was I returned the $49.95, but also the $70.00 total overdraft fee.

My suggestion to you if you've been ripped off as well is: CALL YOUR BANK RIGHT NOW! Most banks initially give you 60 DAYS to DISPUTE the charge. I say the sooner a person moves into action, the better.
