Unauthorized charges from account

On 9/17/08 my account was charged $44.85 and I only authorized $4.95 which represented shipping charges and a free offer. I returned all products immediately and have not received a refund. On 10/18/08 my account was charged $39.95 and I did not order anything at all plus a $27.50 charge from my bank was added since this charge put my account into over-draft status.
I want my money refunded and I don't want this company to charge anything more to my account.

I call the 888# number and not answer just recordings and I have sent many, many e-mails and no reponse or action has ever been taken. I want these people to give me my money back including the overdraft charge and to leave my account alone forever.
