Bogus overdraft charges, unauthorized charges

Since opening my account with Fifth Third in August I have had nothing but problems. They are still investigating an unauthorized charge that happened in August, since that time I have been charged over $600 in overdraft fees although the money was in account and some of them stem from the unauthorized charge. They have proof that our account was double charged, they then charged overdraft even though it was taken care of immediately - now they have received my direct deposit and a check on the same day and charged us $111 in overdraft charge for one check that arrived on same day.

I have called, filed over 3 reports with local branch and they still have not taken off the charges. They did refund some charges from the August incident - but not the unauthorized charge (they can see it was double charged and the business admitted to wrong). I am only using them because one of my contractor's use them - but I am switching banks as soon as all my checks clear. Will leave $1 in account - and am reporting them to whomever I can. They have been informed. This is stealing in my book and if I was taking money like this I would be in jail.
