I Pressures by multiple calls into Giving Information and Now stuck in Contract

Shops, Products, Services

I was scammed very quickly through 3 steps of the process and very promptly told the last man that I spoke with that I did not want to do the offer. He repeatedly called me as I told him everytime that I did not want the offer, as I was going to be a student and after i finally had time to calculate the numbers to realize i couldn't afford it. I hung up on him and would not answer the phone calls. They finally stopped for a few hours.

A little later, another woman called me. I told her I was being harrassed by a man in her company and I had told him I did not want the offer. She proceeded to badger me with the offer and I finally caved in order to get them to leave me alone, after they had lowered the price. When the "welcome package" never arrived, I thought I was off the hook, but I just received a charge on my statement from them.

I was badgered and badgered. I don't even know how they received my information in the first place. It just doesn't seem fair and I don't know how to resolve this, because I'm headed back to school and cannot be doing this.
