Over billing for service, refused to provide a credit ripoff

I've had Vonage for quite some time now. 5 months ago, I added a FAX line to the 2 phone lines that I already had at $9.99 per month. When I happened to notice the bill as it came across my desk, I found they had been billing a full 24.99 for the line. When I called Vonage, they refused to credit me for the overcharge! They did not disagree that I ordered a fax line. Their records show through usage that it was merely an occasional use dedicated fax line. Yet they would not stand up to THEIR mistake and issue a credit for the 5 months I overpaid them.
Beware, Vonage will rip you off if you don't check your bill!
