Incompetent Customer Sevice Reps!

This bank should spend lot of money to train their so called" Telephone Bankers". Unfortunately, they are outsourced through another country, so half the time you're trying to understand what they are saying (What?! Is that even english?) and the other half they can't even answer your question due to the lack of words to explain what they mean.

I've had numerous transactions that have been compromised because of their carelesness and incompetence. 1.) Ordered checks. The order was never processed, even after giving me a confirmation#. When the check finally arrived, my info on the checks were incorrect. GREAT! 2.) Ordered stop payment twice and paid the fee. Stop payment was not processed, my account was still debited.

Due to the large amounts, my account was overdrawn and caused a domino effect with the other debits plus charges for the overdraft. 3.) Filed a dispute for an unauthorized transaction. Again, I was given a confirmation # but the dispute was not processed because the dispute form was not complete (how can you generate a confirmation# without completing a dispute form?), I called 1 week after I filed the dispute and was told to wait until Monday to receive a dispute letter explaining what WAMU did, No Letter.

So, I called again today, my 3rd call, to get an update. That's the only time I was informed that my dispute was rejected because of lack of information. So the "banker" re-filed it again with the complete information. I asked her what info was missing and when she told me, I said that the previous "banker" had already asked me that question! Her response" Oh, soree, ma'am. But when he ask dat question he ded not fill the answer" (Arrrghh! How? Tell me, how can you not get frustrated with that kind of answer?!? Plus the grammar, OMG!) I've always been satisfied with this bank.

There was actually a time when the personal bankers were very articulate, helpful and knowledgeable of what services they were offering. But this past 2 years has just been a nightmare!
