I was forced to sign up for direct TV by the apartment management. They were in violation of FCC regulations, when they did that. As soon as another service became available, I signed up. Direct TV wanted $200 deposit for service that I didn't ask for - now, after paying monthly charges for 3 months, they refuse to return my deposit and tell me I owe them additional monies because I teminated contract early. How do they get away with this?
