Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I just bought a house and fater I moved in one and half month, the toilet and bathtub were blocked by clog. I call first American Corp. And they send me a plumber to clean the drainage. The plumber looked around and told me
he cannot find the clean out and then told me there is no clean out to be used so he can do nothing for me. Then he left. Then First American corp. Told me that they will bill me $55 even though the plumber did nothing. I argued but that is totally a waste of time. That is the whole unhappy story.

I spent $55 and bought nothing, except unhappy and angry.
