Ripoff-telling pepole to invest $149 and take over forclosures

This company can be found on the national criagslist.com. One must call an 800 number.in the ad it simply states: pre-forclosures take over payments now. Sounds simple enough. When you call they are not specific about what the process is. You are not given the web address until after your payment of $149 is processed. When you gain access to the web site you can finally see how complicated this can really be. When you make the first call you are told that all you have to do is contact the owner and arrange with them to take over payments. What they do not tell you is that any fee other then a title search is up to you to pay. This is not for the average person and more info should be given to the consumer before you are pushed into paying the $149. They are very insistant on getting their money up front. They do not make it clear that you have to harrass 5 people and pursue their property in order to get a refund.
