Ripoff harrassment and lying

I got layed off and got behind on my payments. I kept paying though. I was promised in june and in july if i just make the current payment that the payments that i was behind would be put at the back of the note. This did not happen, and since has continued to harrass me and threaten to take the car. I reported them to the better business bureau but that was a waste of time. Someone did call me back, but when you call and ask for that person the rude non-english speaking non customer service rudy poots will not let you speak to them. They just keep calling and calling and also call your friends and family and harrass them. I am all for a class action lawsuit against them if they rest of you will contact me.
