L Missleading and unable to contact

I signed up for a membership with National Criminal Reports. I agreed to give my card information for only $4.95 a month! For their services. After my submission, it stated that it "had" deducted a payment for $76.00. They didn't bother showing me a submission form stating the payments just like any other legitimate order form.
They sneakingly advertise the $4.95/mo status only to deduct a large sum after you submit your information with out showing that it will be a large sum plus some extended time amount of $14. I would have never agreed to this.

So after kicking myself for being cheated $76. I decide to check out the service to see if it works, There databases have no information on a person that I was trying to search.

I know for a fact that this person has a felony and I wanted to check it out, this site claimed there were no matches. A previous site I had checked out had indeed the information of this person but it wouldn't allow me to view any details with out paying $55. Not willing to pay that amount, I left the site and found National Criminal Reports stating for only $4.95 monthly I could gain unlimited access to their data bases. NOT TRUE!

After reading their terms & Conditions their searches are very narrow and for this amount of money, it should have given me some sort of information.

To top it off, I try to contact someone from the site which they have a contact area for technical and billing questions but the links never go through and only time out. I've tried this through 2 different computers and two different browsers and both time out when I click on their help links. I feel that this is done purposely because they are in the business of misleading people and therefore make it difficult or impossible for people to contact them. They have no addresses or phone numbers available on their site.
