Order never recieved order, emailed several times, relocated, ignored me ripoff

I placed an order in November for a titanium bar and two dental grade acrylic balls. Time passed and I emailed support with my order number and received an email back stating that the manufacturer of the item I ordered was moving its operation to a new location and that the item would ship soon. More time passed so I contacted them again. I was told the supplier SteekSkin was not getting them the items they needed so they would send me a full titanium tongue stud and send the one I had ordered when it was completed.

It is now July and I have yet to see either of those. I have sent several emails requesting either the items I ordered or a refund. I have yet to get a response. I also attempted to find a phone number for them unsuccessfully. The person who had been responding to me now seems to be ignoring me. I tried to be understanding but we're pushing 8 months since I placed the order with no communication.
