We spent alot of time pouring over the computer, and phone books tring to find the right company to help us move from Washington State to Texas. We came accross prime movers over the internet. I telephoned them and they told me if i wasnted to to check out the moving companies to go to usacomplaints.com.

After spend the day looking at the report I found alot of the compaines I had contacted were listed several time on the report. I was very suprised by that although prime movers was not listed. My husband and i got all the information we could from them and end up chosing them to move us.

We made arangments with them to come to our home the 17 of July. With evey thing set we canceled our telephone, gas, garbage, cable and lights for the 18th of July. We were told that the company would contact us a few days before.

We waited all day monday to get a call from them but it never came so around 5:00 pm I called them to make sure everything was still on for the 17th.

When they answered the phone the informed me that they could not pick up our stuff on the 17th and that they would be late. I asked how later and they said the it would be the next day. I said it would be fine.

The next day in late afternoon we got our phone call from them telling us that the wouldn't becoming to pick up our stuff untill that saterday. Once again my husband and I took it in stride. Knowing that it would put us behind schedule.

The made it to our house by saterday afternoon. We had packed eveything our selves to save money. The first thing the did was to insult how we packe and then to make us repack most of the boxes.

They charged us 25 dollars to package up the glass from our entertainment center and another 25 to crate the TV. When they "crated" the TV the used a piece of cardboard on the screen and then put a blanket on it. At the same time make the comment "some people dust their things once in awhile."

I was very upset witht he comments that they were making but my huband siad to just let it go.

Three days later my family was on the road when we arived in texas we were called and told the moving truck would be here the next day. I thought everything was going to be better.

After they had unloaded our stuff. And we had paid them the final amount, i noticed that they had not let our couch. I asked the drivers where our couch was and they told me they was never a couch on the truck.

The drive then called the company and was told that they were sending the couch on the next truck. He handed me the phone and for the first time i was informed that the would send it out on monday with a next turck and we should have it in 3 to 4 days.

3 to 4 days came and went and we still had no couch. I called the company once again. They informed me that they had other proities and when they had the space they would see that it got sent our way in the next 3 to 4 days

We have contacted this company one every week. Every time we are told 3 to 4 days the ladt time we called they would say hellos and ask our name then turn and put us on hold with out saying a word. The next person finally just hung up on us.

Finally we talked with the sale associate who set up the move for us and he then transfered us to another person who told us to us to just call back after 2:00pm.

Now it has been a month and we have seen from the way they have treated us that we will not be get our couch back. We have been polite to them and told them we understood that they were busy and they have been nothing but rude and dishonest.

I am writing this report to let others know about this company so they do not have to go through what i have just had to the only good thing i found from this company was find The complaint.
