Shop NBC Horrible service, Damaged merchandise, been waiting for months for refund!

I purchased a bracelet from shop NBC back in march I have made many calls to the customer service department only to wait for hours at a time to have my calls answered. I have been promised time after time to get my card credited back it never happens not to talk all of the interest that has built!

They told me months ago they received the bracelet. I am very tired of spending all this time on the phone to get no results!

I would never purchase anything from them again everything I have recieved from them has come broken and takes forever to get credited back!

A very poor operation!!! I at this very moment am holding on the phone for customer service it has been one and one half hours no HELP!
