My brother in law in japan recieve a letter from
national awards commission informing that he won
a $ 1M from the lottery.

This is a fraud

Consumer complaints said
NOT to cash thier checks or any other check you did not expect to get!
Do not send them money by western Union or any other way.
Do not ever give out your CC # or bank info to anyone.

Ripoff report also said these lottery ripoffs are being run mostly from Canada and over seas.

This whole thing is a rip-off fraud!
