I receive this report from the National Awards Commission from Paul Bishop Prize awards Officer. Saying that I am a winner award amount designation in Payment dollars in USD One million dollars. Have seven days to send $11.89 cents. It can be cash or check, or money order. Don't have to send money to get the award. I want to file a claim on these people. I didn't get a e-mail but a letter in the mail. Thank you.
