Is the worst telephone company not only bad customer service but they also stole your money

As I said, Vonage is the worst company ever, they do somehow steal your money, they charge you fees that are not related to the bill and they don't help you at all.
I had vonage only for a couple of days till they disconected my dsl connection and i called them and cancel the conection. It was their own fault and now Can you believe that they are charging now $321.00? Saying that I have never cancelled the account.

These people are just not helpful at all. And i did cancel vonage after those couple of days. I called like many times and alll they do is to transfer your calls to another representative, and then another and by the time you waste like 2 hours o more on the phone dealing with those people. Knowing that the service was cancelled i kept receiving emails stating that i still own money to them. I kept calling and calling all they do is ignore you.

Now they told because I had 2 lines on my account, 2 lines on my account? He said yes, and I never told them to give a second line, what are you talking about? I said, yes you did, he saidl so I was so upset and he said if you don't pay this money we will leave to a collection agency. When you call to cancel that service All they do is ignore you.in two words Vonage SUCK, worst ever.
