Dishonest Employment Practices corruption

Despite the fact that L/C runs a "tight ship, " there are still leaks in the hull; persons of questionable character are sometimes elevated to positions of authority, and abuse their power therewith.

Case in point: Manager with less than 1 year tenure, deliberately falsifying records in order to eliminate lower supervisor with more than ten years of recognized quality time invested in the company. This particular employee had been faithful, hard working, and loyal to company and product, yet, other employees just sit back and pretend they don't know anything about it, because they know this manager is a bitch who will get them next, in order to come out on top.

Why doesn't L/C bring these things to the surface and prosecute the managers who do these things? Instead, you go into DAMAGE CONTROL, looking to extricate the company from potential lawsuits, instead of doing the right thing. The agrieved employee, meanwhile, is on the street with a career shot to hell by a coniving, controlling, sorry employee.integrity must not be a factor behind the scenes.
