Ripoff fraudulent company

This company called and ask to speak to me by name and offered to help me rebuild my credit and all that i needed to do was pay the $200.00 deposit and i would get it back in vouchers and after the first $50 voucher was sent in i would get a $1,000 cash advance sent to my bank account if i requested it at 6.9% interest. WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH THIS LADY NAMED BRENDA I was trying to do my homework on the company and really wasn't able to find anything until usacomplaints.com but our conversation was long over! So i immediately called the customer service line to cancel and was greeted by a recording telling me the business hours was 10am to 6pm and to call back during normal business hours the thing is that this was 11:00am so I called again 10min later and was hung up on!

So i called once again and Informed the girl that I wanted to cancel everything and she asked me was I sure and did I know that it was to my benefit to help rebuild my credit I told her that I just didn't want to deal with it and she said ok and hung up on me! So I redial and the same girl picks up and I said why did you hang up on me and how did you cancel this card if you didn't ask me for any of my information? So she said their lines were crossed and begin to ask me my name I began to spell my name and she cut me off saying their computer is frozen and I need to call back in 5 minutes I called back and I keep getting hung up on!!! This so called company needs to be STOPPED now I have to pay $60 in stop payment fees!!! Who are these people and how can they get away with this type of fraudulent business? HELP the web address doesn't even exist!!
