Who is CBCS? I got a bill in my name for almost $300. The telephone service is for some city in Louisiana. I live in Texas. Bell South has no record of this. I have called CBCS, they were rude and not helpful at all. I am a victim of fraud and I am getting treated like I am the guilty. This really hurts. I don't know what to do. No one wants to answer my questions. Help!
