Ripoff Deceptive Business practices fraudulent billing practices

Companies like this one are getting too big! At Sprint, No one knows what anyone else is doing and few people have any authority to help you with problems. They sell you one thing on the phone and charge you for another.in my case it was a by phone transaction with an agreement of one price but I'm being billed another. You can't get out of the deal without paying a $200.00 penalty. They don't deliver what they promised and you're either stuck with a 2 year agreement or $200.00 fee!!!
