This company is a total SCAM! I was approaced by a young man looking to score points for a contest by selling magazines. He told me he was in the army, so automatically it hit close to home. He told me that since I was a student, I could pay a little each month instead of in just one bulk payment. At the time, I didnt have my credit card on me, so he said I could just write a check and then call and switch it over.

He totally lied! Then, when I called customer service to have them help me with this, they called me a liar and said without solid proof of him telling me this there was nothing they were going to do for me. Then, the manager got on the phone and was completely rude and then hung up on me! Seriously, who does that. I called back and spoke to a different manager and he told me to wrtie a letter explaing what happened.

The day after I faxed over the letter I called in to see the status. I was told they were looking at it and would call me right back. Well that never happened. I called on Monday, but they were closed. I tried Tuesday and the first person who answered the phone told me to hold on a second and then after being on hold for about 10 minutes, he hung up on me. When I called back, the manager I originally spoke to (Amy) answered the phone. After interupting me, she hung up on me and told me to call back.

After dealing with this for two weeks, I finally got a hold of someone who seemed nice, but he also put me on hold and then hung up on me. When I finally started to get FURIOUS and I called back wanting to know who was in charge of that company, he wouldnt tell me and then hung up on me again. I called right back and asked him why he hung up on me, I hadn't yelled at him or anything, and he proceeded to tell me that if I ever called back they would file a harassment charge against me.

If they wouldn't had been so rude and just helped me from the start, it wouldn't have been such a big deal.instead they chose to be rude and hang up on me multiple times! They are a total scam and their customer service is horrible. They think that the solution to the problem is just to hang up on everybody. I am defanitley going to go to EVERY local paper and let them know about the scam that is going on in all the local shopping centers. I also have every intention of doing what I can to make other people aware of this issue.
