What happened to "SEARS"?

I've an aged friend that has something agreement with SEARS on her fridge. Last month it stopped functioning. She dropped all her perishables, then it got them 5 times in the future and repair it. Significantly less than per month later it smashed again, it was last Thursday, May-23. Again she dropped all her perishables. This time around they'll be out to repair it on June 5th.

Our friend is just a 76-year old insulin-dependent diabetic. Why wouldn't it get 14 days in the future out to repair a fridge? I described the problem towards the restoration middle and all-they stated was they were sorry. I think about this an urgent situation. We've a sizable proportion of aged residing in this condition which is exactly how we handle them.

She's been sticking with our household before fridge is set.
