TARBELL REALTORS lied, deceiving misleading contract, unprofessional, lack of knowledge

I was told by Curt and his partner that with an Exclusive Listing Agreement, they would do everything to list, have open houses, advertize and have beautiful flyers for people to pick up. The flyer was black n white with very little information about the house and had errors on the cheapest white paper.

With an Exclusive listing, I found out that its not worth the paper it is written on. They mislead clients into believing they are going to get the best representation and push there house as if its the only one on the market. What they don't tell you is no other buyer's realtor will even waste there time to show it, because they will get no commission whatsoever. No wonder we never had anyone come by to see the house.

He told me it was necessary to run the contract for six months for the most exposure and for all the things they were going to do. Also, they told me that they were going to have 2 large groups of other realtors come by so they can have more exposure and coverage to get the word out. That never happened. We probably could have sold the house within those six months. Thanks to him now, I may lose it on top of everything else that had happened to me which had forced me into selling the house.
