I purchased the Shark hand held steam cleaner through Discount vouchers on 24th October, payment was taken on 25th October and deliver was between 7-9 working days.By the middle of November i contact Discount vouchers - no reply and the company that was sending my order - www.ontrendstores.com to say i had not received my goods. I did not receive a reply. I contacted trading standards and emailed both company's numerous times, after another couple of weeks i sent an email to ontrendstore saying that i was taking this matter further ect, i then received a reply saying that my goods had been sent out. I received the cleaner on 23rd Nov but it was not the shark cleaner but a cheaper version. When i emailed i was told these had gone out without the Shark logo? The cleaner was a totally different colour ect. I emailed to say that under the sale of goods act i purchased a shark cleaner and not the cheap version that was sent to me. I was told that they had then sold out? They still had them on there web sight. I emailed and pointed this fact out to them and around a week later got a reply saying that these had been put as sold out on the site and if i want my money back to contact discount vouchers. I have contacted them on numerous occations but never get a reply.
