Took horrible pictures and acted like they didn't have the time to do them again. Very unprofessional. Ripoff

Olan Mills needs to make sure that their photographers know what they are doing. I took my four grandchildren to have their portrait made. I don't often get to have them all together as I live out of state. I took them to the Kmart in Wytheville Virginia. The person there told me I would have to sit them on the floor because they couldn't sit in chairs or on a table and that they also didn't use backgrounds anymore. So they sat in the floor and had a plain white back ground.

When we finally got them to sit still the photographer started shaking a little bear which wasn't necessary and only made the little ones want to crawl forward. When the were sitting perfect I told her to snap the picture now and she just sat there until they started moving. Then she snapped the picture. I got them back in position and again she started with stupid bear. Why didn't she just take the picture.

Well we ended up with awful looking picutres. She refused to try to take anymore. It wasn't like she was pressed for time. We were the only ones there and now I know why. I paid $54 for garbage. The picutures were very dark around the edges. One on the children had scooted up closer to the camera than the others were.

The photographer was also very unprofessional. She had on old jeans and was barefooted. That should have been my first clue. I won't waste my money again. It's almost an hour drive to Wal-Mart in Bluefield but I will be glad to make the trip rather than get ripped off again.
