Lost pictures, poor customer service!

Snapfish delivered me somebody elseis pictures plus they were dual open with somebody elseis images.in certain images of those visitors that I actually donot understand, there's my child infused in to the history of another images thatnot participate in me. I delivered them a notice telling them of the issue and that I shipped them back the images. I also talked to some repetition about the telephone who explained that it had been a "complex mistake". Nowadays, I obtained within the email what I believed could be my images, but rather were THE INCORRECT pictures AGAIN of another household along side my initial issue notice to Snapfish. They recorded an email about the bundle that read " Dual Open: Movie went through camera twice before running"... I'm so mad! Therefore there response to THEIR error is the fact that I TWICE UNCOVERED MY VERY OWN MOVIE BEFORE RUNNING!!!??? I actually donot actually understand the folks within the images they delivered me!!! THEY created the error within the running of my movie, this really is clear which is the things theyare said to be SPECIALISTS at performing??? And also to manage this case as badly because they have, is what infuriates me. They might care less they've lost my movie. They've had no problem for my scenario. It was really unique movie of my kids 17th birthday and that I respected the corporation to deal with their work appropriately. They created an error by increase revealing my movie with another personis and they are not really attempting to correct the issue.
