Portrait Studio I was charged for pictures that I never have done

As I walk into Kmart I am greeted by a lady whom right away starts playing peek-a-boo with my 8 month old daughter. I thought it was strange, but smiled at her and started to walk away. She stops me and starts talking about a GREAT deal she's running at Olan Mills. Now it all makes sense why she was playing with my daughter.

I decided to listen to how GREAT this deal was so she tells me to follow her to the studio where she would show me. The deal was not as GREAT as she made it seem 2 8x10,2 5x7 and 16 wallets. I have seen better! Then she tells me that she could take a picture right then and there for free. That sounded good, but being that I did not go out with pictures on my mind there was a problem my daughter was in an onesie!

I did not care to have a picture of my daughter with only an onesie on (I could do that kind of picture at home) so I tell her I would have to think about it while I shopped. Well, to my surprise we run into each other everywhere, the bathroom, by customer service and on my way out of the store. Yes, you heard right! I was walking out of the store with my 7 year old daughter ahead of me.

Then I hear the voice again! This same lady asks my daughter, "where is your mom?" Coincidence? I come around the corner and say. "I'm right here". She asks me if I was leaving, so I tell her yes since that was my full intention. She tells me to come back with her to make an appointment for another time so reluctantly I do.

Once there she has me fill out a pink slip and give her a check. I though that was weird, but I did it not figuring that it would be cashed regardless if I made it or not! Well, I ended up in the hospital sick for two days, so needless to say, I did not give it anymore thought nor did I find the energy and time to call them.

Surprise, surprise, they put the check through!!! For what? I did not get any pictures taken. I want to know what I paid for exactly, I was never told that I would be charged regardless nor did I read that I would be charged regardless or else I would have probably said no until I made it there.

Of course when I try to call to talk to someone I get no where. The phone rings then it sounds as though someone picks up and hangs up! No answering machine or nothing! I feel I was annoyed into a scam!!!
