Poor Customer Service, Never Received Product

In March I requested images from our last visit to Japan. I requested a lot (200-some) 4x6 pictures, one or two 5x7's, and 3 8x10's. The 4x6is and also the 5x7is found its way to a couple of days however the 8x10's were lacking.

In I requested calendars from Snapfish which highlighted pictures from my wedding. They delivered me calendars with another personis children in it. Simply to provide you with some history. But I've been their faithful client for more than 3 years.

I sent Snapfish and questioned when the pictures have been delivered and sometimes even published.in the place of addressing my issue they explained to hold back. Therefore, three individual occasions I questioned when they have been published or delivered. 3 times I had been overlooked and advised to hold back. Delay? Why? And so I may determine Snapfish never did produce them? Yes

So now 23approximately times have passed by and that I approached them again. I had been anticipating a contact having said that these were sorry which the pictures have been published and were on the approach. Alternatively I acquired an automatic mail that I've been provided a credit for 3 8x10is. Therefore, it appears like these were never published, but rather of informing me this, and supplying some type of customer support, they simply delivered mean automatic mail. This is actually the crappiest customer support I've actually observed, and my first work was at McDonald's.

I wrote back and requested to get a reimbursement in the place of a credit. Iam not silly; Iam not putting another purchase to allow them to mess me again and I - can invest another three months awaiting images that'll never appear.in the place of studying my mail, the client support representative explained the problem have been managed which I've obtained a credit.

It remains to be viewed easily may actually notice my pictures or my income. But I'll not be purchasing images from their website again.
