Aloha Airporter
Crappy service from the Aloha Airporter Ripoff

Shops, Products, Services

I used to utilize the Aloha Airporter, from PDX to my townhouse outside of Portland. However, a recent experience has forced me to no longer do business with them.

It was after midnight, and the driver announced he was going to crap his pants. Yes, that's right, he informed that he had to crap his pants, because at this hour of the night, the only business he knew that was open was the Plaid Pantry, and they would not allow him to use their bathroom. He told me that he had a can of air freshner, and he handed it to me as he crapped himself. He told me to keep spraying. He explained that this is what his other customers did when he crapped his pants.

I was basically a prisoner, it was 1 in the morning, and I had to get to my townhouse, and even if I got out, and called another service it could be a while waiting in the middle of nowhere. So I just stuck my head outside the window to get air.

We were about a mile and a half from my apartment when he announced that I had to get out and walk the rest of the way since he was close to his apartment, and he wanted to get home and change. I walked a mile and a half with a rollerboard and a laptop through the TV conservation area after midnight.

I was offered no refund or discount.

Please don't put up with the crappy service of AA.
