Ripped me off big time by not telling the WHOLE STORY! Then no refunds and POOR SERVICE

I was contacted by Cloud Nine Business services in June and they told me they could help with my marketing of my small home business. They quoted me a price for 5 "catch phrases" to use on the internet that would garner business for my website. I ended up paying over $4400.00 and was told within 5 days my site would be up and ready to go and they guaranteed so many responses.

What they did not tell me was that in order to see the site, you had to have certain software! So not all of us can see it! I called them back right away and they said, "too bad, no refunds." I said, "you never told me you have to have Web Menu, so this means most of the people in the world cannot see my site". They said, "too bad, no refunds, and by the way, anyone can download Web Menu". So I was stuck. Then they screwed up my website with slow and inferior work, it took 6 weeks, not 5 days, and 27 long distance calls by ME to get it finally up and running. To this date in 5/07 it STILL is not right!

The employees are for the most part, rude, crude and unacceptable and do not care about the customers. When appointments were made, for us to conference, I would call and they would not be available, "Because they are conferencing with the Owners of the Company", I was told. What type of customer service is that? I did have Chris, who was a great designer, but the rest of the people that worked there were rude, and not truthful.

This whole situation has cost me time, effort, and money and I still have no useable site. Now in 5/07 I cannot get anyone to answer the phone, so that I can get my files and move my site to another host. I suppose I have lost that too! Those of us who are honest businesses are getting the worst end of the deal with these type of sheisters!
