DO NOT EVER make an appointment for this establishment. A stylist known as James will call you at 8:30 in the morning to let you know how much of a c*t you are for cancelling an appointment. Not only will he try to humiliate and berade you but he also proceeded to call my employment and call me NUMEROUS threatful and harrassing names.

When I did call to report this information to his supervisor I was treated rudely by the receptionist who then gave the message to James who proceeded to call me. If you like to get your hair done in peace BEWARE OF BAD ATTITUEDS AND MISTREATMENT AND DO NOT EVER GO TO ELIZABETH'S!
