On Target Grants - Grant. Mentor.com Charges me 49.99 per month for a website I cannot access Ripoff

I have been charged 49.99 for the lasr 3 months. When I responded to the ad, I wthought I was buying a CD for $7.99, to learn how to write grants, and a trail period for grantmentor.com. I have never been able to access thos site, it is always under construction. Trying to contact On target Grants by telephone is impossible. The voice mailbox is always full. I cannot contact these people in any way to cancell this, and demand my money back.

This is a total rip off. Do not by anything from this site.
