The Richmark Group
Claiming a copyright on ghost writing content, shady business practices. Ripoff

Shops, Products, Services

I am just writing to concur with another complaint about the Richmark Group that was submitted last week.

We have used Richmark for a study. We gave them secondary research information and we paid them to do a research study and to repackage what we provided along with research that they did on our behalf. We did not purchase an off-the-shelf research report that they created.

They gave us reports where they claimed to have a copyright on all of the material. This was a custom study done only for us and they acted as a ghost writer so they had no claim to a copyright on the research. They try to convince their customers that they own all research completed. Customers don't get their money's worth if they allow Richmark to control how and when work done on behalf of their customers is used or displayed.

This company is very effective and competent in conducting research but their business practices can compromise the value customers receive.
