Here is the letter I submitted to STR because they screwed me over $2000 worth, and only once I said I would involve my attorney did they try to contact me, and then they said "We are not refunding your money"

I am writing this letter to request a complete refund of $2000. I have cancelled services with you due to the fact that services rendered were inadequate.

I have had at least 3 different individuals working on my case and to no avail.in my opinion there was no focus on my specific case. One being my initial request to pay $5000 as an Offer in Compromise, annotated on all correspondence is $500. I had requested verbally on numerous occasions to have this corrected. Two being my address was incorrect. I have documentation from STR that you have my address as being (ROR redacted address for security purposes). Three being you stated in a letter Feb 16 that I have an un-filed 2005 tax return. If someone would have really known my case, they would know that I have been un-employed since so why would I have to file a 2005 tax return?

The IRS has contacted me, stating they are unable to get in touch with my Power of Attorney. Which one? I have had at least 3 letters re-directed to my home from the incorrect address stating I need to sign as there is a new member on the team and will be working on my case. There was a phone conference on Jan 16 with the IRS and a Tax accountant from STR. I heard no reply from the Tax accountant as to what took place with that phone conference, I inquired and was told by Michelle Daly that it was handled by the Tax Accountant and for me not to worry. I requested a written breakdown of what has actually happened with my case since day one, I received a memo called Status of Work completed that listed 5 years of tax and amounts owed, where is the breakdown of what happened with my case? On what day (s) did any action take place with STR and IRS, conversations, contacts etc?

I do not believe that STR rendered services that equate to $ I in addition submitted $150 to submit the Offer in Compromise. I did not receive an Offer in Compromise, I received a request for a payment plan. If I wanted a payment plan I would have worked with the IRS without your services. Every month beginning from the opening of my account with you, I received notices asking about payment for services rendered, your company was focused on receiving my monthly payment, but was not focused on working my case for an Offer in Compromise. I expect a full refund, within 7 10 business days. Thank you

Then I find out Michelle Daly quit working for their company, she must have found out that things aren't what they seem to be with this company. Jennifer Evans is now the person working the case and I've sent countlees emails to her she doesn't respond, I've left voicemails, she doesn't return them. She returned the very last call to say we will not refund your money. Why??? Call her and see if she will answer, NOT!!! Don't trust Strategic Tax Resolutions Please they are not out to help you only take your money and leave you with the empty bag paying your own debt. Please Do not give your money to this company not one red cent. They will screw you over and not answer your request.
